Senior Leadership Team

    Magali Kunsevi is an experienced and passionate international educator specialising in IB Chemistry, IGCSE Science, and IMYC Science. Since 2017, she has been a valued member of École Ruban Vert in Libreville, Gabon, where she has contributed not only as a science teacher but also in key leadership roles including IB Coordinator and College Counsellor.

Magali brings deep expertise in curriculum design, programme coordination, and student academic guidance. As an IB Chemistry Examiner, she actively supports academic quality and assessment standards on a global scale.
Fluent in both French and English, Magali holds a Bachelor of Education in Science and Technology from the University of Quebec in Montreal, and has completed multiple IB certifications. She is committed to creating learning environments that are rigorous, inclusive, and focused on student wellbeing and future success.
Magali’s educational philosophy blends academic integrity with strategic vision, empowering students to thrive and supporting schools in delivering an impactful education.

Keisha Crichlow Ngaka is a dedicated and experienced international educator who has been part of École Ruban Vert since 2016, making her the school’s longest-serving academic staff member. She currently serves as Head of Primary and PYP Coordinator, roles in which she has been instrumental in establishing and growing the Primary Years Programme at ERV.

Mrs. Ngaka holds a Master’s degree in International Primary Education from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and Management from the University of Lethbridge in Canada. Fluent in both English and French, she brings an international and multicultural perspective to her leadership.

Her professional experience spans programme coordination, pastoral leadership, and curriculum development, with a strong emphasis on student safety, wellbeing, and holistic development. Drawing on her background as Pastoral Head, Mrs. Ngaka is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

With nearly a decade of leadership at ERV,  Mrs. Ngaka continues to champion inquiry-based learning and community engagement, guiding teachers, students, and families in the pursuit of high-quality, internationally minded education.
