Our Year 6 class had a fantastic time at Bakery La Citronelle! They were there to explore the theme of their Unit of Inquiry, ‘transformation,’ gaining real-world understanding. Students worked with skilled bakers, delving into the science and art behind baking, and witnessed the satisfaction and joy of transforming simple ingredients into scrumptious bread products!
